Participants are encouraged to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations
Maximum 1 abstract per presenting author
Due to the number of abstracts received, only a select few will be chosen to give oral presentations during the Congress. You will be notified if you have been accepted for an oral presentation or e-poster presentation in February 2020

While submitting your abstract, please add the following information:

Details of affiliations of the author(s): institution, city, country
Full name(s) of the author(s)
Title of the abstract
Abstracts cannot exceed 250 words and cannot include tables and graphs
Be sure to make all changes, corrections and proofreading before submitting.
Prior to submission, please use ‘spell check’ within your abstract WORD document in order to avoid spelling errors.

Please note: The Organizing Committee reserves the right to select participating abstracts. Submitters will be able to update and/or make changes to your submitted abstract using your email address and password which will be provided upon completing the submission. Abstract Submitters’ accepted for poster presentation are eligible for the Early Registration Rates – as per the table here. Registration must be completed by February 19, 2020 in order to be included in the program.
