Hotel check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)

Rate information:

Rates quoted are per room, per night, and inclusive of breakfast & VAT.
Rates are valid only for the nights of March 25-28, 2026 and are subject to change for pre and post nights upon availability.

We strongly advise all participants to reserve hotel accommodation as soon as possible, in order to benefit from the special rates.

Payment:
Reservations will only be confirmed after payment is received. Payment can be made through this website using a credit card.
Note: American Express and Diners credit card holders – payment will be charged to your account in US$ according to Euro exchange rate on the date of transaction. All other credit cards will be charged in Euro.  Each participant will receive an individual confirmation letter, indicating the name and address of the hotel.

Liability:

ComtecMed and its agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided.

Insurance:
Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to ComtecMed.
Cancellations received 4 months prior to arrival – full refund minus € 50 handling fees.
Cancellations received 2 months prior to arrival – 50% refundable deposit.
Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.

In the event of a non-show, the hotel will automatically release the reservation to its inventory, and payment will be non-refundable.
