Dr. Michael Levy is an Associate Professor of Neurology at Harvard Medical School and Neuroimmunologist at Mass General Brigham. Clinically, Dr. Levy specializes in taking care of patients with rare neuroimmunologic diseases including neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder, transverse myelitis, and MOG antibody disease. In addition to clinical work, Dr. Levy is the PI on several clinical studies and drug trials for these conditions. In the laboratory, Dr. Levy’s research focus is on the development of animal models of neuromyelitis optica with the goal of identifying new targets for therapies.
