Can you send me a visa letter for submitting my visa application?
Individuals that require an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa to attend the congress, are requested to contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org. When sending us your request please provide the following information: name as it appears in passport, passport number, date of issue, date of expiry, date of birth and nationality.
Please note that this letter does not constitute a commitment by the Congress organizers for any financial support, or participation in the scientific program. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for any cancellations or delays caused by authorities due to a lack of Visa or other required documentation.

Kindly note that some countries maintain that all visitors must hold a passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date they enter the foreign country. Please check your status before issuing your airline ticket.
Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
All delegates will receive a certificate of attendance by email after the congress

When is the abstract deadline?
The abstract submission deadline is January 15, 2024
How many abstracts can I submit to the Congress?
A maximum of one abstract can be submitted for each presenting author.
Can I submit an abstract that have been submitted in another congress?
Can I revise my abstract?
Yes, all submitted abstracts can be updated and revised prior to the submission deadline.
When will I be informed if my abstract has been accepted?
A few weeks after the abstract submission, you will be notified regarding the status of your submission.
